Bill is a Florida State licensed, Certified Professional Inspection Consultant and a Florida State Certified General Contractor. Bill brings 20 years of life safety, construction design and construction quality assurance experience to the industry.

Bill has served as director for two major, nationally recognized health care systems.
He has served both privately and in the public sector of the industry. He has served on numerous advisory boards specializing in safety, risk assessment and energy management.
Bill has an extensive amount of experience in code compliance, regulatory compliance preparation and indoor air quality.
Affiliations include the American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration, Florida Healthcare Engineers Association.
Serving as project manager and owners representative on projects in the healthcare field, theme parks, resorts and institutional projects up to 130 million dollars and as small scale as interior renovations and medical equipment change outs and installations such as MRI's, CT scanners, Gamma knifes etc.. This broad range of project size and complexity brings with it insight, experience and creativity to meet any and all of the goals and objectives required to make these projects successful.
As Specified has also been enlisted many times to serve as an expert on construction related cases ranging from construction defect cases to storm damage related cases. This type of diversity has allowed my firm to gain a wide range of expertise in all facets of construction means and methods that is not found very often in the industry.
